Protect my desktop icon?

has anyone knows how to protect my desktop icons from changing and renaming it. i have a younger brother and hes so annoying he's always playing with my desktop icons and sometimes changing its names. what will i do with it, how can i protect my desktop. is there an options in xp that disable renaming and changing icons? pls. help... thanks

It is called a password. If you would like him to be able to still use it, then create a user name for him and password protect the rest of the computer. Then he can do whatever he wants as far as skins are concerned.
