Which race do you use? Terran, Zerg or Protoss? Why?

omg about time someone said something about starcraft. I like useing the protoss cause of there carriers and defence. I also like the zerg for the zerglings can never have enough. I use terren too cause of the seige tanks. But over all the protoss

ZERG, its fast to multiply its units, imagine 3 worm will evolve at the same time like other race you still have to build the structures, the size of its battle units are smaller compare to others so its easy to storm every colony to exterminate... i still havntt played the starcraft 2, have you?

Well it depends if your oponent is not to skilled I still with just attacking him hard and fast with mass of units. He if he is mediocerly skilled I would micro my units. ( Most likely protoss ) I would choose protoss because they have mael storm for biological units like against zerg and terran marines. And then you storm. very effective against zerg , but it is impotant to hot key and keep your forces organized!!

cool! i do prefer the terran i guess? they're the ones that are humans right?? though sometimes its fun using the protoss,,,anyway, what are the cheats in starcraft?? do you still remember? i would like to go back to playing it one of these days. =)

Being a casual guy, who plays with my friends against cpus, on maps with a huge amount of resources, where everything is slow and relaxed, I like being protoss, as it feels like they are the people who dominate at the end of the game, with the dark archon and his mind control.

I like the Protoss, because their air attacks are the best in the game. Although they are expensive, the ability to mind control makes me like the Protoss better than the terran or zerg.

Unless you were invited to the Korean Blizzard Convention it's impossible to get your hands on a copy of Starcraft 2. Not only has it not been made, but there's serious trigger issues... this is in reference to the person a few posts ago who said they haven't had the chance to play SC2 yet. I personally prefer zerg, you can expo and multiply your units like crazy. There's also tons of versatility from the 9 pool zergling rush to the lurker/darkswarm combo. I'd like to play someone on bnet one day... pm me. =D

Hello TheChosen1! I am happy to see you on mylot. I am sure you know me ...hehe As for me I play mainly Protoss and I will give you the reason for this. In my opinion Protoss is the race that can protect itself very easy. You only have to build a pylon, a forge and after this, of course you can start planting photon cannons. It's a very practical defensive building because it shoots both air and land units. Of course, there are many that say that building cannons is a very let's call it "noobish" way to play but hey, you must be prepared at anytime.

i choose terran because for me they have great defense against ground units in siege tanks and you have a variety of weapons to choose from..battlecruisers,nuclear launches,invisible wraiths,dropship siege tanks and they have comsat station for easy detection..
