What should we do to "RAPIST"

I am from Malaysia and in Malaysia, the sentence for a rapist is 10 years imprisoned and 10 times whipped on back. What about your country? Do you think the punishment is too light? If you are being a judge, how will you punish the "rapist" offender? If I am a judge, i think I will either put lifetime imprisoned or other kind of torture. Dying is too easy for "rapist"

I think if we send the rapist 10years in prison still cant solve these issues at all...we all must have a good religion teaching to avoid us from being a rapist..the important is, i think women should wear a suitable dress too especially in the public area or shopping complex..that is the easy way to avoid them from being raped i think.

any imprisonment can't solve this problem as after 10 years he will become a professional criminal and continue to do so and may be this time he will not get caught even,so i think that he should be made impotent and then left in the same society where daily he will realise the guilt.
