Do you have breakfast before leaving for work every morning?

Every morning, i usually have breakfast at home before leaving for work, especially in winter now. It's very cold in the winter morning, and it takes one hour and a half to get to our company, so i need to have breakfast to keep me warm and vigorous.But as i know, many people don't have breakfast every morning, some of them maybe have not enough time, some perhaps want to lose weight, anyway, i think everybody should have breakfast every morning no matter what the reason that they don't have breakfast is! Eating three meals on time is good for our health. what about you, my dear friends, do you have breakfast before leaving for work every morning?

as much as i want to have my regular breakfast i failed to do it very often, in fact i can't remember when is the last time i really had breakfast before going to work. I'm not really use to do it, i usually take coffee before taking a shower and preparing to work after that there's no more i will take. well sometimes i get to eat something at work, like some bread or cookies but not something heavy for breakfast.

well, i agree with u..mostly i will have breakfast before leaving for work but sometime when i stay late last night and get up too late till noon, i will combined it with lunch..lol..i also advise those has gastritis like me should avoid giving your breakfast up which could aggravate the illness...and i will keep my meals on time everyday! have a nice day and happy mylotting!

Yes I do, I couldn't manage without breakfast. If I'm going to try and lose weight I'll eat smaller portions and if I skip a meal it would probably be dinner, not breakfast!

Great tips for losing weight. I also somewhere read that we should never skip the Breakfast. The difference between the Dinner and breakfast is about 10-12 hours. If we skip the breakfast, then another 3-4 hours will be extended. Hence it makes a huge difference in health in future. I also follow not to skip the breakfast. If skipping the food is anyone's motto, then he should skip his Lunch!

Sometimes I eat breakfast before going to work but most mornings I don't. If I'm hungry I might stop at Burger King for one of their breakfast items or I'll just have coffee when I get to the office. About once a week someone brings in donuts so I have one of them if they're around.

To be honest, i don't appreciate the way that you deal with your breakfast. It's really not good for stomach. So i suggest you pay more attention to your breakfast. Thanks for your response.

Yes, now I have breakfast before leaving my home in the mornings. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. You have fasted while you were sleeping and wake up with a storage of only 100 calories; therefore, when people want to lose weight and they think they do not eat breakfast will help them to lose the weight. This is totally wrong, it is the opposite as the body becomes accustom to not received the breakfast so it storage the fat from the day before because you need calores to function. That is what happened to me and I understand now with my nutrition classes I have taken since February that all meals are important and especially the breakfast. The body needs nutrition, not so much a lot of calories but the nutrition is super important. When you need to correct health problems you learn to give nutrition to your body instead of so much food. A lot of food only accumulates in the colon and then start producing illnesses including cancer. If you want to lose weight, do a detox treatment of seven days at least every 3 months. I lost about 33 pounds in about five months by using detoxification treatments and eliminated what appeared as the principals of cancer under my liver or in the right curve of the colon in less than two months. Eat a lot of vegetables and fruit and take nutrition supplements.

in the past few years sometime i have breakfast when i have time,while i have no enough time morning i can not eat breakfast yet,one month ago,when i work in the factory,i can get enough time for have my breakfast timely,because in factory we have the kitchener everyday make breakfast for all of us.

Before, the word breakfast was never on my list for the day. Coffee is the only thing that would start up my day, before. When I started working, it’s my first job by the way, that doesn’t apply to me anymore. It’s a graveyard shift, a night job, and I usually go out from the office during brunch time. So I take breakfast in the office. Sometimes I do eat breakfast twice.

when i used to work in the morning i never used to eat breakfast. for some reason i can actually go a couple hours before eating anything and then i wont eat dinner until late.but now since i work overnight the only thing i can really think about doing in the morning is going to sleep.

I usually don't have breakfast unless i go into work mid morning. Then when i do i have something fast like instant oats, cereal or scramble some eggs. if i go in early & don't eat breakfast then i usually have lunch somewhere with an associate. Best wishes.

I definitely have to take breakfast before leaving for work every morning. I can skip lunch but not breakfast. Coffee is a must for my breakfast everyday. Without it, I don't have energy to work.

yes, I also believe breakfast before work every morning. Its good for health.It helps us to fulfill morning energy.And its ok if u forgot or very little meal at night but morning breakfast should be compulsary. Many people don't have breakfast every morning or want to lose weight isn't good idea,as far as i know required kalorie for our health gets from morning breakfast.Four meals a day on time is also good but light food(vegetables or dry foods).

i always have breakfast even i am just home. I start my day with breakfast so i have strength of what i will supposed to do and i can continue my work without breaking it

I very rarely eat breakfast. I am more inclined to drink a cup of coffee or two before I head out the door in the morning. I know that it is said that breakfast is the most important meal of the day, but I cannot seem to get myself in the habit of eating in the morning. As a matter of fact, I get up around 6:30 in the morning, and more often than not, I do not eat anything until late afternoon, or early evening.

Have to eat breakfast, but I work at home anyway. Sometimes, I just start with a cup of hot tea, get some work done, and then around 7 (I wake at 5) get breakfast ready for the rest of the family. I eat with them, but leaving the house without breakfast is unthinkable for me. I have hyperacidity.

I eat breakfast before leaving for work every morning because it has always been a daily routine to eat breakfast at home it just does not feel normal eating breakfast away from the kitchen table right after you wake up in the morning. I know others like to go to work and eat at their desk when they get there. That is just not for me.

Yep, i make sure that i always have a bowl of cereal before leaving for school. Im not sure why but it seems that the children who eat cereal are slimmer than the ones who dont.

I always eat breakfast in the morning. It is the most important meal of the day and I am ready for it more that any other meal. If people want to lose weight they should eat breakfast because it kick starts their metabolism and also they are less likely to be hungry and reaching for any type of snacks to keep them going until lunch time.

i personally dont eat breakfast beofre i go college, but i do eat breakfast every weekend and i just have a big lunch x
