Does anybody have eye allergy to dust

Eye allergy may be common to hear but it is very common to me. Every time I go on my 2-wheeler somewhere driving for 10-15 minutes due to the dust I get red eye, mud and particles in my eye or some insect, swelling of eyelids, sty. Due to this I have to wear spectacles and helmet every time I drive my vehicle. But I am really fed up with this problem. Sometimes flushing my eyes with fresh water relieves me but sometime I have to take some eye drops. Visits to ophthalmologist at least thrice a week has become compulsory for me.
Does anybody have such problem? What do you do? It may be of help to me.

I dont get allergy but in some cases i get itching.In India its
tough to run with traffic and dusty roads In order to be safe i use
scraves .U better take care and medicines otherwise it becomes severe.
Whenever itching comes use some water and wash ur eyes so that
some of the problem may be solved::)
