what do parents do when they hear on the news that in schools children are been stabbed up, cut up, beaten up, rubbed and some time its there own child/children doing these crime and when they the parent get cut down the say if the have know when they weren't checking up on there child/children.i know of a situation that a child of christian home wants to beat his mother because the mother went to check on him, and when the mother tried to talk to him even hit him this was what came out(watch phi mi an u when me reach home). that was what the child said to the mother , now i believe that if that child was getting spank from he was small and was being placed under manners that would not have occurred and leaving the mother feeling shame. i am 16 and when i become a mother no child will be able to do me that i think that's just wrong

My niece is 6 years old. She had a 7 year old boy in her school threaten to stab her and her friends if they looked at him the wrong way. Stuff like this makes me sick. You have to wonder why children at this age are even knowing about stabbing people in the first place. I dont think it has much to do with not being spanked as a child. I think that the form of discipline you should use depends on each individual child. Some kids need a smack on the butt to make them behave, and some kids only need that 'your in trouble' look that mothers are so good at giving. Teachers need to be more aware of what is going on during school hours because 90% of the time, the school grounds are where the fights start. They may end up finishing the fight off of school property, but if it is stopped before it goes too far then we wouldn't have so many problems with things like this.
