Do You Ever Look At The Nutrition Labels Or Do You Even Care?

I always look at the amount of calories in fast food or in sweet sugary things like chocolate or sweets. I don't really look at the ingredients as much as I usually cook things fresh so I know whats going into my food and body.

I rarely look at them. If I do, it's to see what's in the product. I don't care much about how many calories are in there. It's too much calculation anyway because you have to convert it to the proper unit. Some state it in total numbers, some in serving, some in two servings, some in x ounces, etc. It's not all the same. Too much effort. I don't gain enough by doing that (or lose in terms of watching calorie intake;)

i dont look unless im making sure it doesnt have a certain ingredient in it that im allergic to.. i should read them and try to do better on eating healthier but i dunno i dont think about it or something.. i think im more focused on being able to PAY for food or dealing with already existing medical issues than how many calories are in this and that

I lookk at the labels but then i eat the stuff anyway so i don't know why i bother.
