$100,000 to a good cause, which one?

Let's say you get $100,000 but you have to give it away to one good cause. Which one would it be and why would you choose that one?

I would donate it to a domestic charity that helped our country only. I would also like to specialize it in the armed forces sector primarily because they fight to keep my country's freedoms intact, and I think it is the very least I could do for the soldiers.
