Yes, I had a real one 4 years ago right before I bought this one. I miss the fragrance of the real tree but not the mess lol3 people like this

Just got surprised with a new one this year...Wednesday to be exact...So, five days!
My discussion on my Husband outlines how and why I got my tree! I am so happy with it!

That's what I love about artificial trees they last and they are not so environmentally unfriendly like pulling trees down so they can last a few weeks and die! We have had our artificial tree for about five years now, it's carefully and lovingly packed away each year so it's ready for the next year, I much prefer an artificial tree, no needles!!!!

A really nice real tree is exspensive and it does seem a waste for the money and the poor tree.....and your right, we dont need the needles.@eaforeman6 (8979)

I would like to have a larger tree but I dont have enough room.. It would be a great time after Christmas to buy one on the discount sale.2 people like this

This will be my 2nd Christmas to have this tree. Before this one I had an older one that was given to me and before that it was always live big trees. After I got a big cabinet to display my bell collection I no longer have a place to put a big tree unless I take my dining table and chairs out. My living/dining room are opened up to each other, no wall between them.

I know how that is because I dont have a wall between my living room and dining room either. I just have to get the candles for the fragrance. @saundyl (9783)

In 2002 I moved and my parents gave me a tree they got at a garage sale for 2 dollars. I had that one until this year (still have it but its at work now) and i decided i wanted a taller tree this year when the trees were on sale at co-op. So...I have one I've had 6 years and one i've had about 2 weeks.
