Anyone attending "The Facebook blackout" event?

Well, its something about not logging into facebook for 1 day on 15th December. So far, 5 886 438 has been invited so far.

I got an invite to it but I'm not participating...Theres really no point to it as far as I'm concerned so I can't be bothered..

i haven't heard anything about it. what is it for? I guess it would depend why they are doing it for me to decide if I'm going to go along with it or not. I'll have to see what it is for.

I've heard nothing about it. What is the reason behind the blackout? It seems to me that as a member of facebook, I would be putting the site's "hit numbers" at risk, thereby lowering their statistics. I doesn't make sense. What else do you know? Thanks for the heads up.

To be quite honest I haven't heard anything about it and I am on face Book a LOT, I log in atleasst once a day lol. Weither I would accept or decline to participate in this :black out" would all depend on whyat it was all about, and why they were doing it! PurpleTeddyBear
