"Where is ducky?"

Let me start by tell you who 'ducky' is. My 2 year old daughter won ducky at a fair. She is a very little pink duck. My daughter has slept with it since she got it.
For some reason ducky was out of bed and when it came to be bed time she was no where to be found. My daughter went to sleep with out ducky and it wasn't a big deal, in the morning she said 'ducky' like she remembered we have to look for her.
We looked and didn't find her. At some point during the day my mom went into the freezer and guess who was there?? DUCKY!! LOL!! Yes ducky was in the freezer. We still don't know how ducky ended up in the freezer but all is happy we found ducky.
Anyway have you ever lost some thing and found it in a WEIRD place?? What did you lose? Where did you find it?

That is cute! I wonder how it got there!
When my sister and I were younger we would purposely put our blankies in the refrigerator or inbetween the screen door and outside door just so they would get cold. Our parents would sometimes find them before we wanted to take them out.. so that was always funny when that happened.

Strange place for a duck! I have found a few of my sons toys in the freezer before. I don't have any really weird things I have lost, but I had a boyfriend once who's mom was suffering from dementia and we would find her stuff all over the place. Once her checkbook was inside the oven. Good thing my boyfriend at the time checked the oven before he turned it on.
