Frank Sinatra may have called it "Young at Heart" and Bob Dylan, "Forever Young," but both musicians understood one thing: You're only as old as you feel. While we can't dodge our next birthday, how we approach life every day can make a big difference. "Feeling young is about maintaining vitality as you get older," says Dr. Susan Hughes, professor and codirector of the Center for Research on Health and Aging at the University of Illinois at Chicago. "Some people never feel old, despite their chronological age." No matter what your stage in life, staying active and being positive will help keep you in a youthful frame of mind.I believe that taking problem easy and always smile makes me feel young always.

I keep myself feeling young by not entertaining too many worries and anxieties and just regard every bad day encounter as normal. I never entertain thoughts of failure and mistakes and just treated it as my opportunity to improve what I have done. Feeling young can always be taken by heart and no principle can help it.
As we get older there are some distressing reality that we may encounter, and concentrating on these things make us grow old fast, so just treat them as nothing but a thing that can be work on then everything will go easy and smooth.

I think it is all in the mind, you have to take one day at a time and keep thinking young, never forget the good days of when you were young, don't surround yourself with negative people, be happy if you can so be around happy people, and don't listen to the people who say 'at your age' then with a lot of no no's...
