Women do you think of women who wear clothes which reveal their underwear ?

I have noticed a popular trend in women's attire and that is to wear clothes that shows their underwear and even more so when they have to sit or stand.The thing that amazes me is that they dont seem to mind that their underwear is showing which has me worried that I must be getting old or out of touch with the present generation.The fact of the matter is either their blouse is too short or their skirt is too short or their underwear is too long but somehow their underwear is always showing with the least effort.And belive me these underwear is sometime scandalous ,barely strings .I suppose some smart person is going to think I must be paying a lot of attention to notice these things but I am a man and it happens to be everywhere ,you dont even have to look very far (lol) I dont know if this stems from a need to be sexy ,or to let everyone know you can wear sexy underwear or it is just a trend that all the of us should be getting used to but it is ver popular and I would like to know your views on it .
