Well we do not normally buy each other presents for Christmas as we do not celebrate it and we don't have any spare money. I buy presents for my two brothers because they send me presents every year but that is all I usually buy. However, this year we have decided to get another dog for our family. A young female. We just have not decided what we are going to get just that we are probably going to go to the animal shelter.

We don't really do Xmas, both being active agnostics and hating the commercialisation of the holiday, but this year I am going to get her something: a puppy. We lost her 12 yo Maltese X last Xmas eve, and we all miss her, including our other dog, so a puppy it is, as a pet for her and a playmate for Cerberus, and another adoring critter for me lol. Lash

My husband makes custom knives so I am getting him a bead sander to make finishing his knives easier so he can spend more time with me. :D I also order a family history plaque from www.personalcreations.com. He is very big into his heritage so I thought that would be a nice gift. They are looking up the family name and will supply suites of arms and any other information they can find.

I am impressed as well. 4 presents. We have not had the money for ages to buy personal presents. If we do get any spare money we will be putting it into our house but it would be nice to be able to go to the shops and buy something nice for my partner.
