i used to plurking..
i still remember the tagline: "Your life, on the line"
but i found this website too addictive and made me spent a lot of my time on it, which i think it's just waste of the time..
so i deleted my account there :D

In my case I find Plurk useful. It is a site many of my office mates is in. It is one of getting updates with them. It is really addictive. I think people should really be disciplined before joining the site.

it's called "micro blogging". If you have Facebook, then it's a lot like how you share your status there, or on MySpace. Except that the page is solely devoted to that purpose. It's really fun if you have your friends online (like if you're all working in different offices but are all online). It's like a strange way of having mini-conferences about different topics :D

I haven't heard of Plurk before, I will look it up. I use twitter quite a lot though, I find it a good way of keeping up to date with my friends.
