how to use PAYPAL in china?

Hello every one on the mylot.i am a chinese.i have joined the mylot for a long time.what's more i have regestered a paypal account.but if i want to get money from PAYPAL,i have to pay more pundage (about $35 ).it is so expensive for me.can you tell me how to use PAYPAL in china?besides it is very cheap and convenient.please give me some advice or method.i live in mianland of china.i onlu have account from china bank.thank you sincerely.happy mylot.

If you can set up a bank account in Hong Kong, such as China Construction Bank, then the transfer charge will be free if you want to T/T money to it from your Paypal account. But the T/T amount shall be over HKD1000 so that it can be free of charge. You can have an ATM card and you can withdraw money in China. If it's the same bank, such as China Construction Bank. There is no cost at all.
Or you can try to use your Paypal account to shop online. For example, you can buy it from Ebay or Skype. They all use Paypal.
