Does where are you from plays a vital role in discussions?

Hai! I am from India.I really wonder how many country people are getting in here.With so many country personalities,can we end up in a good conclusion of discussions?For example,One person from china asking a question of your favourite actress and me answering one in Indian films.How is this going to help?So,what is your idea of this situation?

Without a doubt where I come from affects my responses to discussions and which discussions I am interested in. I love commenting on things that I have experience with or that I am really interested in. Since I am from the United States I don't respond to disccussions about the situations in other countries because I don't have any personal experience with them.
