how many times a week do u clean your ears?

i usually do mine at least once a day when i can but idk. when do u clean your ears? does everyone have a different wax growth?

I dont.
I've been told not to by doctors, because i get such a wax build up, that when i try to clean them out, it just pushes the wax to my eardrum, so that I get terrible ear infections.
The only 'cleaning' i can do, is by using olive oil/ear drops to attempt to loosen the wax.
