BS.c Engineering VS M.B.B.S, Which would me most Favourite?

These are two main fields in the technology. I am a Civil engineer and i like this field rather to become a doctor. But both fields have advancement in them. What will you choose if you have chance to either enter in Engineering or M.B.B.S?

I believe it depends on individual's interest. As far as I am as concerned, I was interested in the field of computers and I Have a degree in computer engineering. But my parents forced me a lot to do the professional course in Medical field, where I am not interested in. But, however I manage to convince them to chose the field where I am interested in and have been successful with my career. I had interest in computer engineering right from my childhood and thank god I could able to chose my interest in the end.
