Hello, theonerm5.
Building computers is certainly an useful skill. Who said it isn't? It is something pretty special, because computers are our future. In fact, not computers, but notebooks and laptops. Do you know how to build them as well?
And I doubt you could teach somebody how to build a computer in ten minutes. What do you mean by building, all the way? Putting the components inside a CPU? If that is it, then I do believe that you could teach somebody in 10 minutes, but it is still hard for somebody who has never seen nor tried it.

I mean if I had all the parts and everything I could show then where it all goes and how to put it in very easy! And I'm sure they would remember how it's done. But yes there are a few things that do get a bit more complicated like setting CPU frequency with jumpers, knowing what type of RAM to get, knowing what type of CPU to get, knowing how many watts your PSU needs to be, and all that. But I'm just talking about showing people where it all goes and how to put it in... There's not much to it. Just the motherboard, CPU, RAM, hard drive, and optical drives. These days CPU settings and such are automatically set anyway.

well wht r u planni nto use it for?
if ur gettin a desktop get 4gigs ram. 512 graphics 500gig harddisk n a core 2 duo
