Need advice for advertising to Hispanic market

I have a Voip service that I sell on my website that I would like to focus on selling to the Hispanic market, I am trying to target this group of consumers because the service offers great deals for calls to the Spanish speaking countries. I think if I can norrow my advertising down to specific groups I will be more successful. I would like to hear your thoughts on this stradegy and if you know of any Hispanic sites were I can place my banners.
