How frequently do you visit a restaurent?

I also go out about once a week, or maybe every other week, depending on our money. I used to live in Egypt and we were able to eat out 2-3 times per week on the cheap local fast food and cheaper (than in the US) western style chains there.

id say personally i go out to a restuarnt about once a week, i know its not much but i would save alot more money if i just cooked dinner at home. It is also quite unhealthy to eat in restuarants dependent on what resturant you visit and what you eat.

DH and I go out for dinner about three times a week, a bad habit that I'm determined to break. Eating out is too expensive and while the food is always delicious, it usually isn't very healthy. In California beginning in January, most restaurants are going to be required to post the nutritional content of their meals. I wonder how much that will change dining out habits. Hopefully, it will force restaurants to provide healthier meals.
