Didn't eat meal, just for a bread?

Hello guys, I'm just asking who ever here has tried substitute their meals just for a bread or a chips for instance. I've tried that before I go home from school. I usually buy some bread in a bakery and when I got home, I've noticed the day after that I already skipped my dinner. Another thing is that potatoe chips also can make me full. I dunno why, I just don't get hungry anymore after eating it. and now I want to hear from you guys!

In my school times,I eat a lot of the instant noodles, biscuits and so on.Maybe I am too lazy to have dinner out.And my mood decide what I have for dinner.Normally, when I feel depressed,I will go to eat a bowl of noodles. certainly, I think the rice is the best staple food.I like it.

I wake up late so I don't get to eat rice in the morning, since all of the people have eaten their fair share of it. Instead I eat pancit canton, a type of noodle dish., for breakfast. I make up for it by eating a lot for lunch, and slowing down at dinner. I just don't have much of an appetite even for a guy.

Certainly ,it can't work.We need all kinds of food to provide the nutrition, but the bread or the chips can't give us all that at all.we have to eat vegetable, meat, fruit, milk to keep us going.only bread may just make us not hungry, but in the long run,it certainly is not a good idea.

It isnt a shocking question for me, because here in europe, breakfast and lunch, are always bread and coffee, unless you want to make a veggie salad.. For someone like me who is a rice eater since I was born, it wasnt easy. I always crave for rice, which, I can only eat during weekends when im with my friends. But then, for more than two years of staying here, Im used to eat bread..bread..and bread...
