What food would you prepare for your Christmas dinner?

This is my third or fourth discussion that is branching out from the fact that Christmas is almost here. This time, I remembered that I always look forward to what I would be able to eat during the Christmas dinner. Every time, my mother would always prepare something special. Then we grow older and learned how to go about the kitchen, we helped out. Now, that I am miles away from them, I am going to miss Christmas dinners with them. I'm not sure if I'll be able to cook something special for myself. Maybe macaroni and cheese? lol What would you prepare for Christmas dinner?

Well, I love spaghetti! Any pasta dish for that matter. We could spend Christmas dinner alone or with friends, and be happy or sad, it's really up to us. We control our own feelings. =)

I like casual Christmas dinners so i think seeing as it is sometimes very hot here in Australia i like buffet types of dinners, with a smorgasboard type of stread with a lot of cold meats and seafood. then have a BBQ going as well for the serious meat eaters...

We always eat ham at Christmas dinner. A really good Christmas ham is delicious. They are really sweet and succulent.

We usually have ham too. Hopefully we'll have one even if I won't be spending Christmas with them.
