brand computer for college student

i am a college student and i need a laptop. the only problem is that i don't know what brand i should buy. the main purpose for the laptop is to do some research on the internet and to write up book reports. there're so many options to choose from. Should i buy an hp, dell, sony, acer, toshiba, lenovo,etc. i not to concern about price, i'm more concern with quality. Which brand laptop will me suitable for me???
