battery on Macbook (almuminum)

how long does your laptop's battery last? i just got an aluminum macbook and it says that battery life is 5 hours when fully charged. is this true for you? sometimes mine lasts for only 3 to 4 hours. does the time vary depending on what programs you are running?

3-4 hours?? It's considered really good by today's standards. Talk about batteries, my mp4 player (by Creative Labs) states it can run up to 25 hours non-stop. It's TOTALLY FALSE, as after a full charge, it lasts only about 6-8 hours. And i'm talking about a brand new piece of MP4.
