miso soup is a soup traditional soup in japan. Miso is soy bean paste, which is an essential condiment in Japanese cooking. Miso is made by fermenting soy beans with salt and koji. Koji are fermented grains such as rice, barley, and soy beans. It takes about 10 months to a year for miso to be ready for use. but do you know that its blend of simple ingredients contain a veritable shopping list of nutrients and health benefits that help to prevent one of the most deadly diseases waging war upon our bodies. and it is also said that it can help cut the risk of breast cancer. Miso soup is rich with antioxidants and protective fatty acids, and a healthy dose of Vitamin E. it is just a cup. it is just like drinking coffee. some people even drink coffee seven times a day. but i just drink a cup of miso soup once a day. it is a good exercise and you will be the one to benifit from it. but i wont insist

dont worry cev, when i prepare my miso soup it has seaaweeds as well, tofu and onion leeks. so i ge the best of all those worlds

The only time that i get to drink miso soup is when i eat at Tokyo Tokyo... at first i didn't like the taste... but then it kinda grew on me... and i started to appreciate it... my daughter loves it as well... and i never had the idea that it is very nutritious... i guess i need to learn how to cook this soup... so i can prepare something new at home...

yes you can cook something like this and you can buy the miso soup at robinson grocery. you can also buy instant there. all you have to do is to pour the ingredients from the sachets on your cup plus the miso paste and there yoou have it a hot miso soup. thanks for the response

i dont but my wife does. she drinks a cup of miso soup also everyday. specially at dinner time. she does not eat much at dinner so she drinks miso soup instead. she also put some our childs rice and she gives that to him with fried fish. our son loves fish. i dont think i can drink miso soup but my wife insist me to drink even just a small gulp.

yes, my dad uses it with fishes too. we grew up eating that recipe so we are familiar with it already. there are a lot of people also here who lives long but mostly they are from the province. they grow their own veggies and they also are the one who tends their own chickens and pigs. all natural as they say. thanks for the response
