Do the Canadians just sit around making drugs all day?

This morning, withing the last half hour I have probably gotten 15 e-mails telling me that I can have Canadian medications right at my fingertips! They're all exactly the same and I know that there are quite a few more that my spam blocker is catching. I just got to wondering if that's all anyone does in Canada is make prescription drugs? They've obviously got to have TONS of these pills that we all just MUST have. Are there like sweatshops on every corner with little kids and old ladies in there just cranking out the meds?
OK OK, I know this is not the case but it's just struck me as a bit funny that every day I get ZILLIONS of e-mails about Canadian prescriptions. What other kinds of things do you CONSTANTLY get in your e-mail?

Hey reiny! I think you better quickly apologize to our
Canadian friends here on myLot! I don't think they are going
to like what you said or think it's funny. Remember, there
are alot of nice Canadian people here. I don't really know
why or how they are able to undersell these medications
while the USA is overselling their medications. I do know
that my Mom was buying some medication from Canada herself.
It is really sad that the US is so bent on making money on
the elderly who are on fixed incomes and have to go to another
country to get medications that they can afford. We should
be very greatful to Canada for helping us out with this
terrible problem. For whatever reason that they are able to
sell their medications at a cheaper price I am glad that they
can and it is legal so good for them and thank you Canada for
helping people like my Mom who needs to save money on the
medications.

No, I meant nothing against the Canadians. I know they are able to sell the same things we do at a much better price. Their entire medical system is like that - from what I've heard. It's awesome because you don't have to pay an arm and a leg up there.
It just seems that all my junk mail is exploiting that. It comes in spurts, sometimes it's male enhancement for a week, then it's female enhancement for a week, well this week it seems to be Canadian pharmacies.
