Need a name for a dog, please help!

My best friend newly bought a dog in his local area, I haven't seen the dog. My friend ask me to give it a name. OMG, that's a difficult question. I think of anything I can imagine but just can't figure out a really nice one. Any suggestion?

It depends on how the dog looks. It won't be very nice to make a fierce dog's name something like Teddy. Is it a girl or a boy? Anyway, here are some names. Tipsy Pepsi Jasmine Choco Fluffy Sparkie Waffles Teddy I couldn't think of very many, but good luck with giving the dog a name.

hi jfx! hehehe well, our first rule in naming a pet, especially a dog, is not to name it with a person's name that is the same as someone we know closely. so it could be cute or funny, as long as it is not insulting to a friend. but if it is your enemy, i guess it is okay??? lol nah....seriously, other things to consider would be something easy, like a two-syllable thing. if it is a boy dog, why not DAgger? if it is a girl, hmmm...i dunno...i can't find a nice witty name. lol take care and God bless you!

hey, that's really fun-- naming it after an enemy :-) I had some enemy but don't really remember their name. Well, maybe the dog will look so cute that I wouldn't call it by enemy's name. Dagger? sounds like Danger :-)

hehe,it's tough job,yet a intresting one,you can have lots of fun during the process.well as for some nice offer of dog names,i would suggest naming her after something your friends used to have but lose it then,especially those he treasures a lot!

That's a good idea. But he lost his wife last year-- they divorced. I guess it's not nice to call the dog by his wife's name :)))
