Being a Pagan Buddhist there is no "saving" needed to be done..I dont believe in sin since everything we do, think, feel and how we react etc is necessary on our road this life....Everything is a lesson to be learned or one to teach so sin doesnt exist...The key thing is to live compassionately, harmoniously and peacefully and to be the best person I can.

I believe that almost all the divine religions had the same origin, aims and injunctions.Islam also advocates complete obedience and surrender to the divine will as given in the Holy Quran and the Holy Sunnah. Then polytheism is the only unforgivable and most heinous sin in the Holy Quran. So Monotheism is utmost important for eternal salvation in Islam..........

Hi Valadynx,
Jesus Christ is the only way to be saved from sin. He is the Son of the living God Who came to this earth to save us. He, being totally sinless, became sin for us. No one else can ever do that! It takes someone totally perfect to die for the sins of the entire world. Jesus Christ is the only One Who lived a perfect, sinless life.
Jesus Christ said, "I am the Way, the Truth and the Life. No man comes to the Father except by Me." That is so plain and simple!
I am so thankful that Jesus Christ came to save me! Praise be to God!

I think you need to go to church and ask some questions. You're ideas about Christians are wrong. Most people who call themselves Christian believe the same thing as you. The Bible says Christians believe the only way to Heaven is through the blood of Jesus Christ. You can't always follow his commandments and be a good person, but Jesus did both of those things and suffered anyway...for you.

In my religion - a pagan one - there is no need to be 'saved'. There is one simple rule: love and do harm to none. Since there is no concept of original sin or of humans being naturally bad and needing redemption, my beliefs focus mainly around trying to be the best, nicest person I can. Much like Christianity, really, just without the afterlife bit!

In my religion that is Hinduism, it is just the reverse. That is there is nothing like being saved. You are here because you are in error about your true nature. In fact Sin and Merit are for the ordinary folks who haven't yet learned to observe the simple principles of good life. Like harm none, Love all, Speak the Truth, Walk the path of righteousness and so on. Once you are through with this elementary principles, the Scriptures tell you the Secret: Thou Art That. Now go find Yourself. Know who You are and establish yourself there!
