Do you think Courtney has something to do with Kurt's death?

After watching the documentary, Kurt and Courtney, I started to wonder myself whether she had something to do with it. One of the most compelling clips of film were of a man who said Courtney had offered him a large sum of cash if he would take care of Kurt. The man was later found dead shortly after the film was taken on the train tracks behind his house, as if by accident. But the man had lived in the house for years and was well aware of the tracks...so, I don't know you tell me.
