christmas time is here

Hey i was just looking around my house and admiring most of the Christmas decorations me and my girls have put up. We still have more to do but i like to do it slowly so they have stuff to do when they get home from school or on weekends. Anywho i was wondering how far along any of you have gotten with Christmas decorating assume of course you celebrate Christmas. Is your tree up yet? Or do you wait until just before Christmas? Please share how far along if at all you are for the season.
