We had spa bol for tea tonight. Have you had an Italian meal this week? If so what sort of Italian meal did you have?

Not really, I have one son that doesn't like to eat the meat of a spag bol but I always put a table spoon of it on his plate and he will eat that. My mum made a bolognais for them the other week but did it with mash instead of spagetti and the little tikes ate the lot even though they have complained about mash in the past too!!

Well, last week, since this is a week old discussion, I had cheese stuffed ravioli with alfredo sauce when I was visiting friends down in Houston last week.

spahgetti bolognise, u mean?? That's delicious.. haha ^_^ I often have italian meal, and even if i do eat one, it will only be pizzas.. haha ^_^ Because it's more convenient, as they have delivery services.. As for pastas, those served in singapore are not as nice, and if i wan those really nice delicious ones, i will have to go those authentic italian resturant, to make my pasta meal worth the money spent.. haha

We had pizza last night and we went Spanish tonight with a Paella. Or it might be called a Risotto if you want the Italian version. Unlike the real thing, I used lobster, shrimp, tuna a slice of ham ((!) it was loose in the fridge), onions mushrooms, peas and chicken stock (again found in the freezer). Unbelievably, it was lovely though I say it myself.
