Ever dream of something you usually don't have - and you're not pregnant?

I just woke up from a short late nap and I dreamed of lemonade. It tasted soooooooo nice, just the right amount of tart and sweet. It came in little packets like the kind you get in the store that has MSG under another name which is one thing that causes migraines from me so I avoid them. I just drank glass after glass. I normally drink water and it tastes fine, its a habit. But I woke up thirsty and had water and it just was sooooooo bland. While normally drinking water isn't a problem - I never get flavoured water - its usually yucky. I tried my husband's soda but that didn't do the trick! His fruit punch won't help either. Ever have a craving that starts or continues while you sleep? Try to keep it clean - lol.

Egg nog. It is the one time of the year that this beverage is around, and I seem to wake up often craving it. I got up once in the middle of the night last week just to drink some. I was really sleepy, but I had to have some. Which I shouldn't have done, beause a few hours after that I woke up with a yucky taste in my mouth. I don't recommend drinking egg nog and then going to sleep.

I didn't quite dream of anything, but I did have a craving for something that wasn't in the house that drove me crazy. As a young teen I woke up one morning smelling apple pie. Hadn't dreamed about it, or even thought about it before then, but I could have sworn that I smelled apple pie. I went to the kitchen. No apples on the stove, no pie in the oven, not even an apple in the house!!! It drove me crazy. Finally, I went to the store and bought a frozen apple pie, because I had drove myself to the point that I needed an apple pie!

I can totally emphasize with going crazy craving something. I never smelled food that wasn't there - I don't think, but I often feel like I smell smoke in our house...like someone is smoking - and my husband - who doesn't smoke - is at work. And I smell fires - like fireplace fires. Even in the summer. Its weird.
