Do you still want to work with PTC despite their ups and downs?

I am just curious, from reading posts here at mylots there are more complaints about ptc than praises. Don't get me wrong people still making money with ptc, but there are so many worries about the sites will pay you or not. So, my question to you is do you still want to work with PTC or you feel " if I don't do ptc that what can I do? there are so many scams outhere. At least, with ptc I don't loose my real money, just my time" If that is the case then why some of you want to buy referrals from the site. Is it with the hope that you will be making more money? How much do you get for return? Let say if I were to put 25 in how long will I get that money back with interest? and how much is the interest will I get on that $25.00. Does anybody ever think of that?
