BEST optical ILLUSION ever( like being on drugs w/o the drugs)

First time i saw this optical illusion i was bored about two years ago at work. I finished the film and was amazing for about five second at the same timed very scared. I seriously thought i had damaged some part of my brain permantely and thought i was going to have to yell out for a co-worker to call 911.
Watch the clip for best results watch in full screen, follow the intructions, and look down at the keyboard after its over.
Post a reply describing your reaction as well as the effects it has on you. I would like to see if it effects each person the same way or different. I dont want to post what it did to me because it my spoil it.

goto www.youtube.com and in search type " Optical Illusion" is is only 1:36 seconds long and is black/white stripped on first search page sorry for the bad link cant copy past yet though.

Idk, I tried it twice and the keys just looked wavy for like 3 seconds, then everything was normal. I guess I didn't do it right. :(
