Who are some good Security Alarm companies?

i am thinking about switching from who i have because i think i can get service cheaper and they want me to pay 200 bucks in feb to upgrade my cell phone back up system for my home security alarm and im thinking that is bs!!
anyone know of any good companies? i dont know of any and i hate to just pick one out of the yellow pages and find out they are crap and then be robbed or something..

thanks.. i know the people that my current company subcontracted to put in my new stuff only charged like 15 a month and im paying like 40 so i know there has to be a better choice out there.. just dont want to get the wrong place since i really need good security in my area

I have got a telephone voice changer to protect me from unwanted telephone calls as a part of home security. This is really good in avoid people knowing that you are alone at home.There are many more home security devices sold at Spy3k from where I got my voice changer.
