Is anyone else tired of Leona Lewis and the lack of optimism in her songs?

I have never been a fan of Leona Lewis all her music sounds the same for me and it is not in the slightest bit original sounding. I also don't like the attitude she is portraying to her younger listeners. She is telling young girls that they should be hung up on guys and that they should crawl back and beg at their sides, I mean what sort of lyrics are I keep bleeding? How is that supposed to help young women meet their potential and independence? I wasn't so ticked off when as I used to think the lyrics where I keep breathing. That is telling young women you can move on and you don't need men. I was also informed by a friend that one of her music videos contains her committing suicide, why do you want to portray such a theme to young impressionable girls?
