What you guys do when you here something like this from a friend, " iam bored,bored, bored with everything in my life -my job, my friends, my family, and how i spend my time, after getting an e-mail from another friend, which includes an article about helping people who are out of shape!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

well u get some action in his life!
like take him out to dinner or take him to a game!
or just get hiim moving!
if he moves then he wont b bored at all!

honestly, this guy really have a short in his brain. anyway, i would make him realise that life is not just about what he see - go to sleep, get up, have b/fast,go to work,lunch,go home,rest,sleep and so on..i would bring him to do something such as playing arcade gaem, walking at the park or go play outdoor game. these might help him to realise there are still lots of thing to do (which he can do).

I'd ignore it. Really -- I think that I have so many things going on in my life that worrying about a friend being bored is not worth being concerned about.
Besides, if that friend says that he's bored with everything (including "friends", ergo, including me and whoever else he's sending this message to) then, that pretty much says what he thinks of us.
Looks like it's less than a cry for help, though, looks like it's just a cry for attention. And I wouldn't fuel it by replying, at all. :(
