Anyone know about SITEL HomeShore Work at home site?

I got this link today from a freind whose sister has worked at home for years making good money at a headhunter for fortune 500 companies, she will be laid off in feb, and started networking with others to find something else. she sent this and says it is legit. www.sitel.com/Content.asp?id=866 I was wonering if anyone here has heard or worked for this site? or any other customer service sites from home. I know some one who does it, but had to spend over 500.00 for training and stuff, although she has made it back, It seems a bit risky for me to put out 500.00 to maybe make moeny.
