What is your Christmas Party Theme?

In three weeks time its Christmas already? Offices have already prepared their party details. I would like to know your Christmas Party Theme.
Our company is Hollywood Movie inspired theme and our costume is from 300 The Movie. Its really hard to look for designs of gown.
