has it happened with you? you afe all keyed up and excited about a new idea which will increase productivity and sales. yo are keen to implement it at the earliestand put up a detailed proposal to your boss but he dilly dallies over it and has innumerable irrelivent queries. He agrees with you yet is reluctant to implement the idea as he feels that is is too bold. The boss is very conservative and does not like to take any risk. Though the risk is minimum, he is stillnot willing to listen. What do you do in these circumstances? Do you accept yo ridea beignshelved or yo offer to quit?

I think it is annoying. I experienced that in my internship job. I think I have made better ideas, made better than the workers there and even one of my colleague agreed that I am better than that but they just didn't give me a shot. I could do nothing I just an internship worker there. *sigh*
