How often you change you pillow case and bed cover?

I usually change my pillow case and bed cover every weekend, but sometimes if I'll been so busy I just change my pillow case and the bed cover are change when I have time even not weekend.... Sometimes also I put perfume in my pillow, they said lavender are help us to relaxed and sleep fast..

i try to do it every 2 wks. but sometimes i get lazy.

lol, thats our problem always laziness, but its okey I think until you feel your bedsheets are clean no need to worry about changing it specially when you are single... Thanks my friend have a nice weekend

Once a week unless my husband operates a pimple on his face and stain his pillow or bed sheets with blood....ewww! lol

Thats our problem sometimes our monthly period are so strong and We lazy to get up in the middle of the night to change... Or sometimes our pads are getting out in position... I use usually with wing and over night pads.. Thanks

I usually wash all of our bedding once a week or everything week. Between me and my boyfriend and our pup that sleeps in bed with us I never let it go too long without being washed.

My fiance and I help to change the bed sheet when we make stain...lol, I don't let him go until we didn't do it together, well we share in pleasure I think we share also in work for our bedding change lol..... thanks my friend

I usually change the bedsheets, pillow and bolster cases around twice a month. If it's a hot month, which means lots of sweating (despite the air-conditioning), then it's every weekend.
