What does your laughter make you feel when you hear it?

I have a friend of mine who tells me that she laughs a lot but she doesn't let it out; how can that be possible when laughter releases all the stress and make you express emotions of happiness and to show something was funny. I laught a lot, and when i hear my laughter, i feel like doing it even even more. By doing it brings up more memories of funny events in my life, and after that, i just feel a nice stomach pain and so relaxed. laughter is even excellent for people who are ill, they say it helps to make a stronger immune system, so can you really laugh without making that noise that everybody does? what do you feel when you hear yourself laughing?

laughing silently is possible, but it's not as enjoyable as laughing out loud. i do love it when i hear myself laugh, and i seem to get the signal that everybody wants to laugh with me. anyway, laughter ought to be shared with other people.
