how can one earn from yahoo answers

Of late for any information i search on search engines, search results show at least 1 or 2 links to yahoo answers. How many people post questions and answers at yahoo answers? Can they make money giving answers and how much? Does anybody know about it? Please reply here. Yahoo is a popular and genuine site so I would like to know whether I can make some money sharing my knowledge.

Yahoo answers isn't like MyLot. You do not get money for asnwering peoples questions or asking a question unfortunately. However yahoo asnwers is usefu;, as you more or less get really good answers from intelligent people, and it's a fun website to use, when your free and have nothing to do. Yahoo asnwers give 10 points to best answers, whic his also good, in terms of points rewards. Yahoo asnwers can also be used to access your yahoo mail, giving it another advantage. So even though it doesn't give you money for answers or asking a question,. it is still good in terms of getting good answers. Thanks

You do get good answers there, you get lots of advice or opinions. you get points too.

No, you do not make money for posting in yahoo answers like you do in mylot. Yahoo answers credit you with points rather than money. Yahoo answers is just a discussion board like any other in the Internet and that does not credit you with money to use it. But you can sure find interesting stuffs there. Just like mylot, you ask questions and peoples answer or discuss about anything you want without violating their rules.

I don't think you can make money there, just points, from what I can see I am a member there but I haven't been on there since I became a member of Mylot, that is how I found out about mylot. If you find out let me know.

I think we can't make any money with yahoo answers.we can earn money by yahoo search.like use the homepage friends' tool to earn money by searching.we only can promote something by yahoo answers.lol

You cannot earn anything from yahoo answers, you will only get some points by answering questions. I am also a member of yahoo answers but now I stop visiting them and just concentrated here in mylot.

Yes, I think the point of Yahoo answers is to get visitors from your other sites, like a blog or mylot, etc. If you have an informative discussion or blog post, you can link to it as an answer for a question there.

Well, you can not make any money on Yahoo! Answers. You only get points for answering. Why are you looking for anything else? We also answer questions and share knowledge at myLot!
