What do you think are the different abilities that a guy and a girl have?

There are two people in this world, guys and girls and they are both unique in their own ways. Guys are fit physically and girls are fast forward intellectually. We cannot say which one is better as they both need each other, they both work together in order to make a better world. If one is absent then it is not possible for the world to continue. What do you think are the important roles that a guy or a girl plays to run the world. Please do explain why both are important.
