Is there something that you are obsessed with that yoy just can't help it.
With me it's my weight.
It seems like i live my life around my weight.
I go on the scale every day some times twice a day. I drive my boyfriend crazy talking about how much i weigh and what i can and cannot eat.
I drive myself crazy.
Every time i eat i complain about how much weight i'm gonna gain.
Do you have an obsession or some kind of compulsive disorder?

Hey missy! I used to be that way about my weight but I finally
gave up! I have been up and down like a yo-yo all my life
that I finally got sick of doing what you are doing now! I
used to be on that scale every single day driving myself
nuts! I guess after awhile I had gained so much weight I just
gave up! Then I lost so much weight I gave up! Then I put some
back on! Then it was such a vicious cycle that I stopped the
damn obsession! I was thin until I hit in my thirties and then
the weight game started. By my forties it was on the rise!
When it got too high I broke my shoulder and couldn't cook,
or do anything so I lost alot of weight. People thought I
was dying because I got too skinny! Now I gained alot back
since then, but made sure I didn't get back to what I weighed!
If you want to drive yourself insane keep up the way you're
going Missy and you will drive yourself and your Honey nuts!
It isn't worth it! Stay at what you are comfortable at!
There is no "perfect" weight! I know that your Honey will love
you just the way you are so keep yourself healty! That is the
only thing that matters!

I am obsessed with wsahing my hands. I wash it a couple of times a day even if I don't need to. I need to feel my hands are clean.

I am at the opposite end of the spectrum, I am a binge eater. I get easily obsessed with food...especially sweets. If there are sweets around I can't help but eat them. Then I feel bad and guilty and hate the fact that I am gaining weight. I am in therapy (not just for that), and it is helping. Have you thought about seeking help for your disorder? It really does help. I am sure you are a beautiful person and you don't need to obsess over your weight.
