Do you think that students should recruit teachers ..

So far in my own understanding I did not heard about this that students choose for their teachers. It is the the discretion of the said school to hire of their teachers following their qualifications. They are not hired if they cannot passed the said interview and ranking rules. Those teachers hired was the one passed the said requirement in hiring educators. Only we could not avoid the different styles and attitudes they imparted to the students.

This is ridiculous yet an innovative discussion.Students most of them usually doesnot know what is good or bad for them .They cant judge what they want, so they blame teachers for not thinking in their own way(Most of them except a few exceptions).I think this must be sufficient to prove my point.

I guess democracy can be misused this way .so that he would be loyal to us and make our school days a bundle of excitement and joy lol.

Nice .... !! What if every student in a school choose the different teacher... it mean teacher for 1 student for one study?.... wow !! You must have a private school... just for you.
