Hello! I do not brush my teeth every each meal. However, I do brush my teeth after lunch and dinner. As long as I am eating food and not something different like biscuits or breads, I will brush my teeth immediately after. This has become a habit for me, and I find it pleasant to have my teeth brushed after having a meal. It makes me feel clean and the breath gets better too. Respectfully, Munhozmib.

I brush after breakfast and before I go to bed at night. A dentist told me that twice a day is good, and that you can actually brush your teeth too much..apparently if you brush them too much you can wear them away or something. I don't know if that is true or not.

I do not brush my teeth after every meal. I usually brush my teeth twice a day. Once in the morning and once before I go to bed. I think that this is plenty to encure good hygiene

I brush twice a day; once when I get up and once when I'm about to go to bed. So, no not after every meal, but I suppose you can say I do after dinner. I chew gum after breakfast and lunch cause it seems to get some of the bits and pieces, but I'm not sure. The good breath is nice though. I also eat smaller meals throughout the day and not 3 large ones so then it might be a pain to brush all the time.
