Writing online to earn money

I was trying to look for other sites that pay money if you write for them. Then I came across this article posted by someone on the net that gives a lot of sites that encourage us to use our writing skills to get paid. Here, I have copied what he/she wrote. Caio, Doyoo, Reviewstream for those who want to use their writing skills to review different things. Rates vary. Digital Point, Associated Content, Constant Content are sites like mylot. You get paid to post different contents/discussions. Hubpages, Squidoo, Helium, Triond, Ehow, and How to do Things are sites where you post articles and when they get approved you get a share in the ads revenue. So happy writing!

Not yet. Right now, I started an account with Associated Content. I'll see how it goes first. How about you? How's your earnings in helium and associated content? Are they worth it? Thanks.

as of now im just concentrating in mylot, i just try to join in other site like ciao, helium but im just disappointed on what i have heard about this site, they says that its a waste of time joining here because they pay slowly and they review the articles slowly. and the other one like ciao will pay only the best articles which is a big disappointment for a writers. but if i will find a website that really pays much higher than mylot i will concentrating on this also, although mylot pays a small amount but i really enjoy responding and writing an articles here.

I try sites one at a time too. Lately, there have been post about CIAO not being a good site to write for anymore. So you might want to think before you continue with that site.

hi Bubbly: I've tried, Ciao, Reviewstream, Associated content I think I have one there or maybe not yet?? I can't remember, I've also got some on Squidoo, One I think on Helium, and a couple recipes on Triond, and a few on Ehow, I like Ehow I need to get more on there just can't seem to manage it all each day you know? But I'm always in search of more ways to earn online, I wish I could write as well as some of my friends but I am learning and doing more day by day...thanks for sharing all of these places I do have most of them bookmarked (G)!

Yes those that mentioned are legit sites. All of them pay but all in different rates. In my opinion Associated Content is so far the best for me because of the quality of contents they approve. And in return they pay good amounts of money but all depends on the quality of your content, so far I have 12 articles there published and they paid me about $30 so far, I know it's not that big, but they pay fast through paypal, I'm really satisfied with associated content. The only thing I want them to change is their review time frame, sometimes it takes 6 days for them to give you a response whether your article is good to go or rejected.

You're right. There are other benefits of writing online. Not only do you earn money, you get to polish your writing skills in the English language as well. Mylot does not pay that much but at least they pay you for whatever you write. The other sites that I mentioned there only pays if your article gets accepted. So all these sites have their pros and cons.

I write for both Associated Content and eHow. I really like them both and have nothing but good things to say. In addition to using them to earn money, I also use them to market my website or blog. If I write a relevant article, I will post a link to my website or blog in the resources or links section. I have heard of, but haven’t tried the other websites you mentioned, I think that I may give them a try now.

Thanks for pointing us to all these writing sites. I am aware of a couple of these like Associated Content, Helium, Caio and Reviewstream, but not the others. I am a member of Helium. I previously wrote one article for Helium, got top rated for it, but received very little earnings. That got me quite discouraged and I have not written any other article for them since. I am concentrating my time instead searching out profitable opportunities on the internet. Perhaps one day I will go back to writing for some of these sites you have mentioned, including Helium.

I have an account in Associated content abut never never wrote articles for that site. Some of these sites I see are new and some sites I had known since 3 months. It's good to know that some do pay for people who can write.

Well, i've been writing product reviews for years and i'm pretty much pleased with the earnings.. if you have a blog then you can earn from completing blog assignments.. i've joined ciao a month ago and i got paid for doing 5 reviews.. now the .25 cents incentive is gone and i'm so disappointed with the new system.. some of the sites you've mentioned above are available to US residents only.. hope they would also be offered outside US..

I use Triond. Have written over 100 articles on that site.. I joined Helium too but the site was not able to sustain me.. I didnt find it interesting or see any earning potential so I hardly check my Helium account butI enjoy being on Triond.
